Configuration for allowing modification of order for cancellation

During Backroom pick or Customer pick process, an order may need to be canceled either due to damaged item or due to shortage of item. In order to allow this cancellation, Order Status Modification Setup is provided for DEFAULT organization. The Included In Shipment status is configured to Allow Cancel modification at all modification levels of Order, or Order Line, or Order Release or Order Release Line.

Viewing status modification group

To view a status modification group, perform the following steps:
  1. From the Application Console menu, click Configuration > Launch Applications Manager. The Applications Manager opens in a new window.
  2. From the menu, click Applications > Distributed Order Management.
  3. From the tree in the application rules side panel, expand Document Specific > Sales Order > Fulfillment > Fulfillment Modification > Fulfillment Modification Groups. The Status Modification Group List window opens.
  4. From the Status Modification Group List, select the applicable modification group and choose the Details icon. The Status Modification Group Details window displays.
