Provided service work order

Each provided service line on the work order corresponds to a single line on the order. Customers order provided services in the same way as they order products.

Services are modeled within Sterling™ Order Management System Software as service items. Services can be ordered alone or along with a product when purchased. Including the provided service line on the work order does NOT imply that all product lines associated with that provided service line are completed on that work order.
