Delete the Violation Message for a Document Type
You can delete an existing violation message for a document type.
Procedure
- Navigate to the Violation
Message screen. To navigate to the Violation
Message screen, perform the following steps:
- Log in to Sterling Business Center as a system administrator or a system set up administrator.
- From the System Setup Home page, expand the Approvals menu, and then click Manage Violation Message .
The Violation Message screen is displayed. Existing violation messages, if any, are displayed. - In the Violation Message screen, click the message you want to delete and then click the Delete button. A confirmation message is displayed.
- Click Yes to delete the message.
Note: When you delete a violation reason for a quote from the Violation Message screen , then the message automatically gets deleted from the Violation Message screen and you will not be able to view the message in the Quote Approval Rule Violation Reason screen.
