If you encounter the error that supplies and demands are not updated in Sterling™ Intelligent Promising Inventory Visibility, verify that one or more of the following are configured:

  • Trace is enabled in Sterling Order Management System Software, and verify that the Sterling Intelligent Promising Inventory Visibility connectivity is established.
  • The integration servers for supply and demand are started and running.
  • Separate queues are configured for supply and demand.
