Enable tracing

To troubleshoot the default Sterling™ Intelligent Promising Inventory Visibility integration, enable tracing for the following application-provided services:

  • For synchronous calls to Sterling Intelligent Promising Inventory Visibility REST APIs such as Availability and Reservations, enable tracing for IVInvokeRestAPI service.
  • For asynchronous demand updates to Sterling Intelligent Promising Inventory Visibility, enable tracing for IVPostDemandsAsynchronously service.
  • For asynchronous supply updates to Sterling Intelligent Promising Inventory Visibility, enable tracing for the IVPostSuppliesAsynchronously service.
Note: The IVInvokeRestAPI, IVPostSuppliesAsynchronously, and IVPostDemandsAsynchronously services are meant only for integration purpose. Therefore, ensure not to modify or invoke these services in custom code.
