As an application support user, you must be able to diagnose and troubleshoot issues in the application by using the logs that are generated at the server side and the client side.
Troubleshooting issues
The troubleshooting issues provides information about problems and helps you determine the symptoms and workaround for the problem. If the workaround does not lead you to a resolution, gather logs and submit the issues to IBM Support for analysis.
