View alerts that are related to the specific work order.
The list includes alerts that were generated by the Work Order Monitor. For more information, see Work Order Monitor and Defining value-added services event monitoring.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Alert ID | The alert ID. |
Type | The type of alert raised. For example, ON_FAILURE or
FAILED_AUTH . |
Description | A brief description of the alert. |
Queue | The queue the alert is assigned to. |
Priority | The alert priority. |
Status | The status of the alert. |
Owner | The user who is handling the alert. |
Last raised on | The date that the alert was last raised. |
Raised count | The number of times that the alert occurred. |
