Using the Sterling™ Business Center customer home page

The Customer home page provides hyperlinks that enable you to define details of Consumer Customers and Business Customers. As an administration you can define details such as contacts, addresses, demographic information, and so on.

For example, the New Customer hyperlink, which is available under the Customer dashlet enables you to define a customer.

The Customer home page enables you to perform the following tasks:

  • Create a Customer
  • Modify the Primary Information of a Customer
  • Search for a Customer
  • Delete a Customer Definition
Note: The administration tasks that you can perform, and the task-related information that you can view, are dependent on your context organization.
