Installing Operator online and in an airgap environment
You can install the Sterling™ Order Management System Operator online or in an airgap environment with no Internet access. In both the online and airgap modes, you can further choose to install the Operator with or without Operator Lifecycle Manager (OLM).
Before you begin
- Ensure that you familiarize yourself with information about the Sterling Order Management System Operator and OLM. For more information, see IBM Sterling Order Management System Operator overview and Operator Lifecycle Manager.
- To install the Operator online, install the required command-line tools. For more information, see Prerequisites to install Operator online.
- To install the Operator in an airgap cluster with no internet access, ensure that you review and meet the prerequisites. For more information, see Prerequisites to install Operator in airgap.
