Delete return shipments that are not needed. Deleting shipments removes the return
shipments from the return order and from the shipment pipeline.
To cancel shipments for outbound, see Canceling shipments (outbound).
Procedure

Log in to Order Hub.

Click and search for the return shipment that you want to delete.
From the
Shipment search results page, select a checkbox next to the
shipment record and then click
Delete shipment. Alternatively, click the
overflow menu at the end of the row

, and then click
Delete shipment.
A status message indicates whether the action was
successful. If successful, the shipment is deleted from the system and also deleted from the return
order.
