Confirming shipments

You can manually confirm shipments within Order Hub if the shipment pipeline configuration is set to require manual confirmation.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Order Hub.
  2. Search for an order or shipment.
    You can confirm shipments from various places.
    • From the Shipment search results page,
      • Select a checkbox next to the shipment record and then click Confirm shipment.
      • Click the overflow menu at the end of the row image, and then click Confirm shipment.
    • From the Shipment details page, select Actions > Confirm shipment.
    • From the Order details page, go to the Shipments tab. Select a checkbox next to the shipment record and then click Confirm shipment.
    • From the Order release details page, go to the Shipments tab. Select a checkbox next to the shipment record and then click Confirm shipment.
    A status message indicates whether the action was successful.
