Canceling shipments (outbound)

You can manually cancel shipments to remove the shipment for outbound orders.

To delete shipments for inbound or return orders, see Deleting shipments (inbound and returns).

Procedure

  1. Log in to Order Hub.
  2. Click Shipments > Outbound and search for the shipment that you need to cancel.
    You can cancel shipments from various places.
    • From the Shipment search results page,
      • Select a checkbox next to the shipment record and then click Cancel shipment.
      • Click the overflow menu at the end of the row image, and then click Cancel shipment.
    • From the Shipment details page, select Actions > Cancel shipment.
    A status message indicates whether the action was successful.
