Appointment details
You can plan an appointment for a work order of provided service item group. In Appointment, click on the Appointment icon. The Plan Appointment window displays.
| Fields | Description |

| Currently Chosen Appointment Slot | Appointment Slot chosen for the work order. |
| Start Date | The start date of the work order. Click on the Calender to view the calendar. |
| Delay Window | The days to be delayed for the work order. |
