Add holds screen
You
can add a hold to an order, if that hold is not already being applied
to the order in created
or rejected
status.
If you add a hold that was previously applied and now in resolved
status,
it removes that hold from the list of approved holds, and reset its
status to created
. That hold maintains its previous
history records for that order, and further status modifications are
added on to that history.
Fields | Description |
Hold Type | Select the hold type you want to apply to the order from the drop-down list. |
Reason | Enter the reason for adding this hold to the order. |
Click Save
to close this
screen and apply the selected hold to the order.
