Add delivery request screen
You can add a delivery request that does not require product association.
The order header field descriptions can be referred from the Order table.
| Actions | Description |
| Add to Order | Check a delivery item listed and select this action to add
the item to the order. This takes you to the Delivery Request Details Screen screen. |

| UOM | The unit of measure for the delivery item. |
