Work order cancellation

Work order cancellation depends on the status of the service lines.

If any of the service lines were completed or any of the product lines were delivered, then the work order is marked as completed. Only appointments that are open are cancelled and the associated capacity reservation is removed.

It is also possible to request cancellation of a delivery, after a product has been shipped. If a customer decides that they no longer want the item they originally ordered, but the item has already shipped, a stop delivery request can be created. If this request is successful, a return order is automatically created.
