Manage backroom pick shortage resolutions
During backroom pick, if there is a shortage in the quantity of the products that must be picked, a store associate can select a shortage resolution to proceed further. Using the Sterling™ Business Center, you can add, modify, and delete shortage resolutions for backroom pick. You can configure backroom pick shortage resolutions only at the enterprise level.
