Adding ATP monitor rules

You can add a new ATP monitor rule.

1. Navigate to the Monitor Roles screen. To navigate to the Monitor Rules screen, perform the following steps:
   1. Log in to Sterling Business Center as an Inventory Administrator.
   2. The Home page is displayed. In the Switch to drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the screen, select the inventory organization for which you want to set up monitor rules.
   3. Click the Inventory tab. The Inventory page is displayed.
   4. Click Monitor Rules in the Global Inventory Visibility dashlet. The Monitor Rules screen is displayed.
2. Click the ATP Monitor Rules tab. The ATP Monitor Rules window opens.
3. Enter information in the applicable fields. Refer to the table for field value descriptions.

   Event based ATP monitor rule field value descriptions

   Field	Description
   ATP Monitor Rule	Enter the ATP monitor rule.
   ATP Monitor Rule Name	Enter the name of the ATP monitor rule.
   Lead Time Override (Days)	By default, inventory items are monitored from current date to current date plus the inventory item's lead days. If this field is set, the inventory items are monitored from current date to current plus the lead time override (Days).
   Disabled	Check this if you want this monitoring rule to be disabled.
   Consider Procurement At Level	Select the appropriate level at which procurement should be considered.
   Always Publish Availability At Level	Select the appropriate level at which inventory availability should be published.
   Event Triggered Based On
   High Quantity Boundary	Enter the available inventory level above which an inventory item is considered as being in high quantity.
   Medium Quantity Boundary	Enter the available inventory level above which an inventory item is considered as being in medium quantity.
   Low Quantity Boundary	Enter the available inventory level above which an inventory item is considered as being in low quantity.
   Subscribe Procurement Fulfillment Type	From the Available Fulfillment Types panel, you can select a rule and click Move Right to select the fulfillment type to add to the monitor rule. If you want to remove a fulfillment type from a monitor rule, you can click Move Left. If you want to add all available fulfillment types to the monitor rule or remove them from the monitor rule, click Move All Right or Move All Left appropriately.
   Subscribe Delivery Method to Monitor	From the Available Delivery Methods panel, you can select a rule and click Move Right to select the delivery method that you want to monitor. If you want to remove a delivery method from a monitor rule, you can click Move Left. If you want to add all available delivery methods to the monitor rule or remove them from the monitor rule, click Move All Right or Move All Left appropriately.

4. Click Save.
   Note: Once this rule is created, it is necessary to apply this rule to an item for it to take effect.
