Navigating a search screen

About this task

To navigate to the search screens:

Procedure

  1. From the navigation bar, choose Reverse Logistics > Return Console. Initially, the Return Service Request Search By All Attributes - You can search for service requests by all attributes in this screen. screen displays. Select the applicable search view from the Views drop-down list.
  2. Enter information in the applicable fields.
  3. Click Search. The search results display in the Service Request List screen.
