Delayed Order Report
The Delayed Order Report provides details about delayed order line distribution that is based on the allocated nodes. An order line is delayed or stuck when it is not shipped and missed the promised ship date. An allocated node is the node from which the order line was scheduled to be shipped.
- An order line can be allocated to multiple nodes for shipment. The node that contains the order line with the maximum quantity is considered as the allocated node.
- If an order line is allocated, to multiple nodes for shipment and the same quantity is allocated to each node. Then, any one of the nodes is considered as the allocated node.
- If 5 out of 10 quantities of a product are shipped, then the order line is considered as a delayed order line.
- If 3 out of 10 quantities of a product are shipped and the remaining 7 quantities are backordered, then the Allocated Quantity for the delayed order line is 3. When stocks are replenished in the node, the 7 quantities get scheduled for shipment. The Allocated Quantity for the delayed order line is 7 and not 10.
The Delayed Order Report does not consider backordered lines for analysis, as backordered lines are not associated with a node for shipment.
- Delayed Order Summary panel - a pie chart is displayed with the Delayed Order Distribution based on the number of delayed order lines that are associated with an allocated node. When you move the mouse pointer over an allocated node in the Delayed Order Distribution in the pie chart, a hover help is displayed indicating the exact number of delayed order lines.
- Delayed Order Details panel - a list report is displayed with the details like Allocated Node, Sales Order Number, Product Short Name, Ordered Quantity, Allocated Quantity, Confirmed Date, and Promised Date.
- Allocated Node prompt panel - a list of all
the nodes for an enterprise are displayed.
