Configuring precedence
When Sterling™ Order Management System Software is evaluating whether to choose customer assignments, store assignments, or both, it makes this determination based on how you configure the following options:
- Customer assignments take precedence over store assignments.
- Store assignments take precedence over customer assignments.
- Consider both and choose lowest priced price list.
