Creating a new lost reason based on an existing one

You can create a new lost reason that is based on an existing one.

To create a new lost reason based on an existing one:

Procedure

  1. From the tree in the application rules side panel, choose
    Opportunity > Lost Reason. The Lost Reasons window displays in the work area.
  2. Select the applicable lost reason and choose the Save As icon. The Lost Reason Details window displays.
  3. Enter information in the applicable fields.
  4. Choose the Save icon.
