Creating a new lost reason based on an existing one
You can create a new lost reason that is based on an existing one.

To create a new lost reason based on an existing one:
Procedure
- From the tree in the application rules side
panel, choose
Opportunity > Lost Reason. The Lost Reasons window displays in the work area. - Select the applicable lost reason and choose the Save As icon. The Lost Reason Details window displays.
- Enter information in the applicable fields.
- Choose the Save icon.
