Delete modification reason for a quote

You can delete an existing Modification Reason for a Quote, using the Quote Modification Reason screen.

1. Navigate to the Quote Modification Reason screen. To navigate to the Quote Modification Reason screen, perform the following steps:
   1. Log in to Sterling Business Center as an Enterprise Administrator.
   2. From the System Setup Home page, expand the Quote menu, and then click Manage Quote Modification Reason.
   The Quote Modification Reason screen is displayed. Existing modification reasons, if any, are displayed.
2. In the Quote Modification Reason screen, click the reason code you want to delete and then click the Delete button. A confirmation message is displayed.
3. Click Yes to delete the modification reason.
   Note: When you delete a modification reason from Sterling Business Center and it is being used in Sterling Field Sales, then the Value is displayed in place of the value entered in the Short Description in Sterling Field Sales.
