Manage backroom pick shortage resolutions

During backroom pick, if there is a shortage in the quantity of the products that must be picked, a store associate can select a shortage resolution to proceed further. Using the Sterling Business Center, you can add, modify, and delete shortage resolutions for backroom pick. You can configure backroom pick shortage resolutions only at the enterprise level.
