The Work order Details tab provides appointment, resource pool, and service line
information about a single work order. To get to the Details, search for a work order and click a
search result for a specific record.

The work order number. |
| Enterprise |
The enterprise that is associated with the work order. |
| Node |
For delivery services: The node from where the delivery is made.
For provided services:
The node that is responsible for the management of the resource pool capacity. |
| Order number |
The order number that is associated with the work order. |
| Provider organization |
The provider organization to which the node belongs. |
| Service item group |
The service item group code associated with the order. For
example, Provided Service represents that the work order needs a provided
service.
If the work order is designated as both a provided service
and a delivery service, the priority goes to the provided service.

- Work order created
- Work order completed
- Work order canceled

| Service complexity level |
The complexity level for this work order as defined by your business needs. |
| Supervisor ID |
The ID of the service supervisor. |

The location where the work needs to be completed.

| Preferred resource pool ID |
The preferred resource pool to use for the work order. If the
work order contains both a provided service and a delivery service, only the provided service
resource pool options are available for selection.

The resource ID associated with the preferred resource pool, if applicable. |
| Override requested capacity |
Indicates whether the requested capacity was overridden. |
| Requested capacity |
The capacity that is needed to complete the work order. |
| Allocated capacity |
The capacity that is allocated for the work order. This also represents the blocked capacity
when planning appointments. |
| Total weight |
The total capacity in terms of weight. |
| Total volume |
The total capacity in terms of volume. |

| Pre-call status |
The pre-call status. Pre-calling is required for appointments that are made for distant
dates.
You can make pre-calls closer to the service date to confirm
the appointment with the customer. For more information, see Setting up value-added services pre-call rules.

Indicates whether the work order planning is complete. |
| Multiple appointments |
Indicates whether the work order needs multiple appointments. |
| Canceled/Failed |
The number of appointments that were canceled or failed to complete. |

| Cancel appointment |
Cancel an appointment without canceling the entire work order. For example, a customer is no
longer available on the scheduled appointment date. If the service is not needed and you want to
cancel the entire work order, then use Actions > Cancel order. |
