Searching for work orders

The Work orders page provides a simple user interface to search for and view all existing work orders for provided or delivery services.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Order Hub.
  2. Click Orders > Work orders from the menu.
  3. Optional: Enter search criteria.
    • To view all work orders across all enterprises, leave all fields blank.
    • An Enterprise drop-down menu is available only if you have more than one enterprise within your network.
    • The search is case-sensitive.
    • You can configure the search fields that display on the page by clicking Customize search criteria Settings icon that looks like a gear..
    • You can click Save search to save the search criteria for future use. After you save, you can reload by clicking Saved searches at the top of the page and select your saved search.
  4. Click Search.
    • The search results page displays a list of results that match your search criteria.
    • To view actions that you can complete, select a checkbox next to an entry in the table or click the overflow menu (Three vertical dots).
  5. Click a search result to view more details.
