Sales order details
The Sales order details page provides a view of a specific sales order including a summary and the order details. From the page, you can take sales order-related actions, such as adding payment methods, canceling order lines, or placing line holds. To view the Sales order details page for a sales order, select a sales order number from the list.
Sales order summary
In the Sales order summary section, you can view the sales order status, the number of orders on hold, and the number of active alerts. In the data table, you can view the definition of the summary information that you can view.

| Enterprise | The enterprise that is associated with the order. |
| Document type | The document type that is associated with the order. For example, Sales Order is a document type. |
| Customer | The customer that the order pertains to. |
| Expected delivery date | The planned delivery date for the shipment. |
| Payment method | The current payment method for the order. If no payment method is specified yet, click Add a payment method. |
| Payment status | The current payment status for the order. |
| Order lines | The total number of order lines in the order. |
| Channel | The channel where the order is placed. |
| Seller | The Seller organization that is handling the order. |
| Order date | The date that the order was placed. |
| Charges | The total charges for the sales order. |
| Service | The carrier service for the order, such as Ground or Next Day Air. |
| Order type | The customized value of the order. |
| Order status | The status of the order. |
| Total value | The total value of the sales order. |
| Contract number | The contract order number that relates to the sales order. |
| Bill to | The bill to address for the order. |
| Ship to | The ship to address for the order. |
Sales order summary actions

| Modify the expected delivery date | Select a different expected delivery date from the calendar. |
| Add a payment method | Click Add payment method. Select a payment type from the list. Payment
types are as follows.

| Modify payment status | Select a different payment status from the list. Payment status options are as follows.

| View seller details | Click the seller organization name. You see the seller's organization details such as the name, account number, DUNS number, URL, and address. |
| View and modify charges | Click the amount to view and modify the charges for the sales order. |
| Modify the carrier service | Select a different carrier service for the sales order from the list. |
| View the order lines by status | Click the status to view the sales order lines by status. From here, you can click the line number to view the details for that line. |
| View the Contract order details page | Select the contra order number to view the contract order details page. |
| Modify the bill to information | Click the pencil icon and modify the bill to name, address, and contact information. |
| Modify the ship to information | Click the pencil icon and modify the ship to name, address, and contact information. |
Sales order lines
From the Sales order details page, you see an expandable order lines section with a statement that indicates the number of sales order lines and total value for the sales order. Click the down-arrow to view the list of order lines in table format.
The sales order lines information that you can view is defined in the data table.

| Groups | The groups that are assigned to the item. |
| Offer price | The unit price for the item. |
| Quantity | The quantity of the item in the shipment. |
| Total price | The price for the total quantity of the item in the shipment. |
| Status | The current shipment status for the item. |
| Delivery date | The date that the item was delivered. |
| Delivery method | The delivery method that is used to ship the item. |
| Ship node | The node that is shipping the item. |
| Receiving node | The node that is receiving the item. |
| UOM | The item unit of measure. |
| PC | The item product class. |
Sales order line actions

| View details | From the overflow menu, select View details. The Order details tab opens. |
| Reassign pending order release | To reassign pending order releases to a different node, from the overflow menu, select
Reassign pending order release. The sales order status must be between
released and shipped range. You can either reassign pending order releases manually or have the
system do it automatically. When inventory is unavailable at the original node, you can choose to set items as backordered. Any existing items that were included in the reassigned order releases are set as backordered at the original node until 12:00 AM. New orders are not assigned to the original node during this time. When you complete the updates, click Reassign. |
| Cancel line | From the overflow menu, select Cancel line. In the Cancel line window, select a reason for cancelling the line from the list. Enter any additional comments to describe the cancellation and click Save. |
| Substitute item | From the overflow menu, select Substitute item. In the Item substitution window, select a substitution for the line item and click Save. |
| View line availability | From the overflow menu, select View line availability. In the Line availability window, select a scheduling rule and service. To view the detailed line availability for the shipment, from the Availability section, click the down-arrow. You can then select a service for the line from the list. Next, select a reason for the modification and enter any additional comments. Then, click Apply changes to the order. |
| Place line holds | From the overflow menu, select Place line holds. In the Place order line holds window, select the hold type and reason for the modification from the lists. Then enter any additional comments or text. Click Hold. |
