The Charges details provide a breakdown of the prices, discounts, charges, and taxes for the sales orders.

| Field | Description |

| Summary | The summary pane provides the price, charges, and taxes for the sales order and the order
line. Select Overall to view all of the charges that exist against the sales order. Select Open to view only the charges that are still open against the sales order. Select Invoiced to view only the
charges that are invoiced for the sales order.
Note: If you selected the Overall view, be aware that
the amounts displayed are subject to change due to changes such as cancellations or
over-shipments.

| Price | The price at the header and line levels before any charges or taxes are applied. |
| Discount | The discount at the header and line levels. To view the sales order discount, in the
Header level row, click the link. |
| Charges | Any additional charges at the header and line levels. To view the sales order charges, in the
Header level row, click the link. Then, to view the sales order line charges, in
the Line level, select the link. This link takes you to different screens based on
the type of summary selected. |
| Taxes | Any additional taxes at the header and line levels. To view the sales order taxes, in the
Header level row, click the link. Then, to view the sales order line tax, in the
Line level, select the link . This link takes you to different screens based on the
type of summary selected. |
| Totals | The total amount that includes the price, discount, charges, and taxes at the header and line levels. |

The line summary table displays prices at a sales order line level.

| Line number | The line number. To view the Sales order line details page, click this link. |
| Item ID | The item ID. |
| Product class | The item classification such as first quality, second quality, or finished good. |
| Unit of measure | The unit of measure for the item. |
| Quantity | The quantity of the line item that is returned. |
| Unit price | The price of the line item. |
| Extended price | The extended price that represents the total quantity multiplied by the unit price. |
| Discount | The discount for the line item. |
| Charges | The total charges that are applied for the associated line. |
| Taxes | The total taxes that are applied to the associated line. |
| Line total | The total cost of the return line after applying any additional charges, discounts, taxes, and fees. |
