Configuring Lead Origin for Opportunities

You can configure Lead Origin reasons in Sterling Business Center. The Lead Origin reasons can be used by a Sales Representative while assigning a lead origin reason for an opportunity in Sterling Field Sales.

For example, you may define lead origin reasons such as Trade Show, Call Center, and Existing Customer. You can add new reasons, modify, or delete existing reasons in Sterling Business Center.
