6 February 2026 (Release 26.1.1.1 - 10.0.2601.1)

Advanced B2B capabilities - enhancements

This release includes the following enhancements to the Sterling Order Management System Software advanced business-to-business (B2B) capabilities.

New contract criteria available in alert search
If you are using Sterling™ Order Management System version 26.1.0 or later, you can now filter alerts by searching by order in a new Contract section. The Contract section helps you to narrow search results by contract identifiers, customer contacts, and contract date ranges. This search criteria helps Account Managers to identify contract‑related issues quickly and to prioritize follow‑ups. For more information, see Searching for alerts.
Expanded charges and payment capabilities when creating sales orders
As an Account Manager, you have new options when creating sales orders. You can enter custom sales order numbers and names, manage charges at both the order and line level, and update payment methods. You can also add notes directly to sales orders. These enhancements make it easier to tailor orders to customer needs, streamline processing, and help ensure greater accuracy throughout the workflow. For more information, see Creating sales orders.
Add bundles to contract and sales orders
Account managers can now add product bundles directly to contract and sales orders. Bundles group multiple components under a single price, making it easier to manage complex offerings and reduce manual effort. You can add an entire bundle or expand it to select individual components, which helps to streamline order creation and improve accuracy. For more information, see Creating contract orders and Creating sales orders.
