Agent queues for Sterling Order Management System Software agent servers

Sterling™ Order Management System Software agent servers use the messages in the queues as a source of work.

In contrast to integration queue messages, agent messages are typically read from the database and can be easily recreated. As a result, we recommend creating agent queues as non-persistent queues where the messages are kept in memory. Persistence is not supported for agent queues.
