Delete a value from a defined list of values of an extended text entity attribute

You can delete a value from a defined list of values, of a text entity attribute only if you have selected the Text Attribute option from the Attribute Format drop-down list, when creating an entity attribute.

1. Navigate to the Object Extensibility screen. To navigate to the Object Extensibility screen, perform the following steps:
   1. Log in to Sterling Business Center as an administrator.
   2. From the System Setup Home page, expand the Customizations menu, and then click Object Extensibility.
   The Object Extensibility screen is displayed.
2. In the Extended Object tree, select the extensible object to which the entity attribute you want to modify belongs.
   The list of entity attributes for the extensible object is displayed in the Extended Attributes Panel
3. Click the short description of the entity attribute you want to modify. The Attribute Details panel, on the Attribute Management screen, is displayed.
4. Click the Manage Properties link in the Related Tasks panel.
   The Attribute Management screen is displayed.
5. Ensure that the Defined List of Values radio button is selected.
6. In the Valid Values panel , select the check box corresponding to the value that you want to delete, and select Delete from the More Actions drop-down menu.
7. A confirmation message is displayed. Click Yes to delete the value.
   Note: The selected value is deleted from a defined list of values, of the text entity attribute.
