Viewing sales order details

Account managers view sales order details to manage customer relationships, help ensure seamless order fulfillment, and maintain up-to-date communication on order deliveries and inventory. By viewing sales order details, account managers can proactively tackle potential issues and identify opportunities and challenges.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Order Hub.
  2. From the main menu, select Dashboards > Account.
  3. Click the flyout menu icon and select All sales orders.
  4. Under Account, from the drop-down menu, select the account that you want to view the sales order list for.
  5. Click the sales order number that you want to view the details for.

Results

You see a page that has the sales order details for the sales order that you selected. The page is broken out into two main areas that you can view: sales order details and sales order summary.
Sales order details
The sales order details section displays the bill to and ship to addresses, summary of charges, and payment information. You can view other details and more in-depth sales order information that is broken out into different categories by clicking the various tabs. For more information about the tabs and what they show, see Order Details tab.
Sales order summary
The sales order summary panel is customizable. The panel shows the number of order lines, orders on hold, and total value. It also shows information about the order status, date, and type. You can also see information about the enterprise and the seller. From this panel, you can view the items that are on hold, view seller details, view lines that are filtered by order status, and view the contract order.
