Viewing one-time order totals

As an account manager, having visibility into one-time order totals and status (fulfilled, invoiced, and paid) helps in understanding customer behavior and preferences. With these insights, account managers can better understand customer needs and optimize business processes. One-time orders are orders that are not tied to a contract.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Order Hub.
  2. From the main menu, select Dashboards > Account.
  3. Under Account, select the account that you want to view the data for from the drop-down menu.
  4. Under Select time frame, select the time period that you want to view the data for. You can select from five preset time frame options that range from today up through the last 45 days (which is the maximum).
  5. From within the One-time order totals chart, select whether you want to view the data as monetary amounts or volume by clicking either the value or volume icon. The chart is updated with your selection.
Note: If you select to view the data as monetary amounts, the monetary values from the sales orders do not take into consideration any charges or discounts. The monetary values are derived from multiplying the item unit price x quantity.

Results

The One-time order totals chart shows an overview of the estimated value or volume of all one-time or ad-hoc orders for the account. You also see how many are fulfilled, invoiced, and paid within the time period that you specified.
