Viewing account summary dashboards

The account dashboard provides account managers with a comprehensive, centralized summary view of key components and metrics to monitor and optimize their B2B order management processes. The account summary dashboard shows the strategic charts and KPIs for selected accounts.

About this task

Access the account dashboard and view the key performance indicators (KPIs) as follows.

Note: The API integration is still under development. Not all advanced B2B features in the account dashboard can support real data integration. To view the advanced B2B features that are on the account dashboard using sample data, you need to turn on the demo mode. See Configuring the account dashboard to display sample data.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Order Hub.
  2. From the main menu, select Dashboards > Account.
  3. Under Account, select the account that you want to view the data for from the drop-down menu.
    Note: If you have set the display setting to use real data, you can edit the list of selectable accounts. Under Account, select Edit account list.
  4. Under Select time frame, select the time period that you want to view the data for. You can select from five preset time frame options ranging from today up through the last 45 days (which is the maximum).

Results

You see a set of charts that show various KPIs for the selected account. You can also view operational insights to proactively address potential issues with the account by selecting the Operational issues tab.
