Searching for an item in Sterling Business Center

You can search for an item and view its details using either a Basic or an Advanced search.

• Basic Item Search: This type of search enables you to perform a quick search by specifying basic criteria such as the complete or partial identifier of the item, or the category to which the item is associated.
• Advanced Search: This type of search enables you to perform a search based on the criteria that you select. You can select the criteria and the corresponding operator, and then select or specify the corresponding values.

  You can search for an item from the Item Search screen.
