Modify a change project
You can modify the details of a change project only if you created the project. However, if you are an approver for the Change Project, you can modify the details even if you did not create the project.
About this task
You can add Change Requests and add approvers to the Change Project.
To modify a Change Project:
Procedure
- Log in to Sterling™ Business Center as an Enterprise Administrator or a user with Change Project permissions.
- The application home page is displayed. The My Change Projects displays all the Change Projects that you created along with their status.
- Each of the listed Change Project is a hyperlink. Click on the Change Project name to view its details. The system prompts you to confirm the correct organization context in case you have permissions to manage other organizations.
- The Change Project Details screen is displayed. Modify the Short or Long Descriptions as necessary. Fields marked with "*" are mandatory.
- To add Change Requests to the project, click Add in the Change Request panel. For details on adding Change Requests, see the topic, Creating a Change Request.
- To add approvers to the Change Project, click Add in the Approvers panel. For details on adding approvers, see the topic, Assigning Approvers to a Change Request.
