Delete a range from a derived attribute

You can delete a value from a derived attribute if you no longer want a specific value associated with that derived attribute.

About this task

To delete a range from a derived attribute:

1. Navigate to the Attribute Management screen. To navigate to the Attribute Management screen, perform the following steps:
   1. Log in to Sterling Business Center as an Item Administrator.
   2. The application home page is displayed. Click the Products tab.
   3. From the Products home page, click Manage Attributes in the Catalog dashlet.

      The Attribute Management screen is displayed.

2. From the Item Attributes tree, select the derived attribute whose range you want to define.
3. In the Derived Attribute Value Ranges panel, select the check box adjacent From, which corresponds to the value that you want to remove.
4. From the More Actions drop-down menu, select Delete.
5. A message asking you for confirmation is displayed. Click Yes to delete the value.

   The range is deleted from the derived attribute.
