Configuring an opportunity document's lost reason

You can define reason codes for why an opportunity is lost.

You can use the Lost Reason branch for:

• Creating a Lost Reason
• Modifying a Lost Reason
• Creating a New Lost Reason Based on an Existing One
• Deleting a Lost Reason
