Rules governing localization

There are some rules that govern localization that are external to Sterling™ Order Management System Software.

Some of the localization rules that Sterling Order Management System Software follows are governed by standards and rules external to Sterling Order Management System Software, such as Java™ Virtual Machine (JVM), Java Runtime Environment (JRE), operating systems, and external applications. The Java programming language specifies the implementation of the locale logic. For example, see the Oracle website for more information about the logic around resource bundles. For more information about specifying a JRE, see Specifying the JRE settings .

Note: Use an exact match for all localization files (_<lang>_<country> in the file name) to ensure that all the files are correctly returned.
