Defining a product item's components

If you have identified an item as a kit item by associating a kit code to it from the Primary Info tab, the Components tab can be used from the Item Details window. On the Components tab you can create a list of items that make up the kit.

Important: In Sterling™ Order Management System Software, orders only support one-tier level for all types of kits except bundles. The Applications Manager, however, does not prevent you from configuring other kits with multiple-tier levels.
