Problem

The "Print Operation Failed" message is displayed when the store associate attempts to print packing labels during the order packing process. The error may be due to the following reasons:

Issues with the carrier integration server.
A manifest is awaiting closure or the manifest is in closure requested status.

Solution

You can troubleshoot the carrier integration server or close any open manifests.
