About configuring security

Security is not enabled automatically. Security should be enabled at the proper time.

The Business Intelligence component does not ship with the security enabled because it would complicate the deployment at a client site. All of the Sterling Selling and Fulfillment Foundation reports are created using anonymous user privileges. Enable security for the various IBM® Cognos® Analytics components first, then for the Business Intelligence component.
