- Search for the supply and demand changes in IBM® Sterling™ Intelligent Promising
- You can now search the supply and demand changes for the items in specific ship nodes from the Order Hub UI. For more information, see Searching Supply and demand.
- Create and search inventory reservations in Sterling Intelligent Promising
- As a fulfillment manager, you can now create inventory reservations from the Order Hub UI. For more information, see Creating a new reservation.
- Define shipping notification time in Sterling Intelligent Promising
- As a fulfillment manager, you can define the minimum shipping notification time by using the Order Hub UI. The Shipping notifications tab is introduced under node configurations. You can now set the minimum time for a delivery or a pickup to be initiated. For more information about how to define the shipping notification time, see Managing shipping notification time.
- Improved ability to monitor node performance in Sterling Intelligent Promising
- A new optimization objective node performance is introduced for Sterling Intelligent Promising Premium users. As a fulfillment manager, you can now monitor the node performance with the help of the Node performance feature. You can use AI-powered models to predict node cancellation rates and node reschedule rates, which can help you to optimize order fulfillment. For more information, see Node performance. A new optimization objective called Risk reduction cost was added to the optimization profile. To enable the node performance feature, you must assign weight to the Risk reduction cost optimization objective while you create or edit an optimization profile. - Ability to return nonreturnable items
- Authorized approvers can now override return policies and create returns for nonreturnable items. For more information, see Creating order returns.
- Improve inventory searches by requiring mandatory criteria
- You can improve your inventory search results by requiring users to input mandatory criteria such as Item ID. For more information, see Configuring settings.
- The Inventory page can retain its previous look
- The inventory search uses a new data model. You can retain the previous look of your inventory page by overriding the default setting. For more information, see Inventory in Configuring settings.

- Filtering orders by status

You can review the order optimization decisions that are made by the Optimization service, specifically for prepurchase order scenario or calls made for Calculate checkout assignments using costs API.
You can create an optimization profile with order status conditions. For more information, see Managing optimization profiles.

- In IBM Sterling Intelligent Promising, you can set default settings for inventory considerations. You configure inventory availability and reservation expiration time by using the Order Hub user interface. For more information, see Default tenant settings.
- Configure added node properties by using Order Hub
- You can configure several new node properties for Sterling Intelligent Promising by using the Order Hub user interface. For more information, see Configuring nodes.
- Use HTTP to run Order Hub customizations
- You can configure the system so that Order Hub uses HTTP to call IBM Sterling Order Management System Software APIs. For more information, see Running Order Hub customizations by using HTTP.

- IBM Sterling Intelligent Promising fulfillment rules support destination-based conditions
- You can restrict your fulfillment rules by applying carrier service restrictions and destination-based conditions, such as Country, State, and City. For more information, see Fulfillment rules.
- Define, search, and view carrier services by using carrier transit details
- You can specify the carrier transit details that you want to consider for a carrier service for an order. You can also search and view carrier transit zones and rates based on various criteria, such as origin, destination, node type, and weight range. For more information, see Defining carrier transit details and Viewing transit carrier details.
- Filter by order status in the Optimization explainer
- In the Optimization explainer, the Order list page includes an order status filter. You can filter the orders by Standard or Cart/draft order status. For more information, see Order list page.

- Optimization setting enhancements

- Order Hub on-premises customers can now access IBM Sterling Intelligent Promising features. For more information, see Sterling Intelligent Promising Overview. To configure IBM Sterling Intelligent Promising integration, see Configuring a connection to Sterling Inventory Visibility.
- The Order Hub framework is now on Angular v15
- Angular v13 is at an end of life status, so the Order Hub framework is now on Angular v15.
- New Shipment metrics enhancements
- Fulfillment managers can now use two new tabs on the Shipment metrics pages to view the shipment status and release status durations. The Shipment status duration tab provides a view of the number of hours that the shipment has been in the specific status, for example, in the Ready for backroom pickup status. The Release status duration tab provides a view of the number of hours that the order release is in the specific status. For more information, see Node metrics page.

- Administrators can now view and modify default tenant settings for IBM Sterling Intelligent Promising. For more information, see Default tenant settings.

- More audit properties for Sterling Inventory Visibility

- On-premises login authorization changes for Order Hub in Sterling Order Management System Software
- The Sterling Order Management System Software
login API is called when logging in to Order Hub in Sterling Order Management System Software. The default behavior of the
logincall is changed to include theAuthorizationrequest header. This change allows the login to support a Sterling Order Management System Software environment that is configured with BASIC auth. However, including theAuthorizationrequest header does not work with the Oracle WebLogic Server.
