Home
Home is the default landing page when you log in to Order Hub. The Home page provides quick access to alerts and your saved
searches.
Learn about the different widgets that are available on the Home page.
- Get started
- A quick access method to access help content. Click Learn more to open
the Help menu where you can access various resources such as:
- Links to IBM Documentation.
- Guided tours to show you around the user interface.
- Shape the future of IBM
- A quick access link to help prioritize new features and functions in IBM's product roadmap. Click Share an idea to submit a request for enhancement (RFE) or vote for existing ideas.
- Resources
- Provides quick access links to various resources including online documentation, an order management community, and the IBM Support portal.
- Alerts assigned to me
- Displays the number of alerts that are assigned to you. You can use this as a reminder of the tasks that require your attention. Click the number to view the list of alerts. For more information, see Assigning an alert to a user.
- Saved searches
- Displays a list of search criteria that you saved on various search pages. For example, Order
search and Shipment search pages.
- Click on a name to run a search. You are redirected to the search results page for that particular query.
- Click Manage searches to view a complete list of saved searches. From the list, you can delete, rename, or run the search.
- Alerts
- Displays the number of all active alerts (open or in progress) in the queues to which the you
are subscribed. The widget also displays a breakdown of alerts by queue name and the number alerts
that are assigned to the queue.
- Click the overflow menu (
) to change the layout to show or hide different queues.
- Click a number next to the queue to view all the alerts in the queue. You are redirected to the Alert search results page with search criteria that matches the specific queue. For more information, see Searching for alerts.
- Click More detail to view more information about the queues. For more information, see Alerts queue list page.

- Order alert details
- Displays order alerts rules that were created through the Order Hub
Settings > Alert rules page.
- Click a number next to the rule to see the alerts that were generated by that order alert rule.
- Click Manage rules to go to the Alert rules page to edit existing rules or create more rules. For more information, see Creating alert rules.
- Shipment alert details
- Displays shipment alerts rules that were created through the Order Hub
Alert rules page.
- Click a number next to the rule to see the alerts that were generated by that shipment alert rule.
- Click Manage rules to go to the Alert rules page to edit existing rules or create more rules. For more information, see Creating alert rules.
