Managing distribution groups within Order Hub
You can create a distribution group within Order Hub and add one or more nodes to it.
From the menu, click to display the Inventory distribution groups list page.
If you have both Intelligent Promising and Order Management, then the list page contains the
Intelligent Promising and Order Management tabs, each
of which enlist distribution groups based on the following columns.
Note:
- The distribution groups within Order Management list only after you select a value from the Enterprise drop-down.
- To arrange the displayed list in the ascending or descending order, click the column name.
- Name
- Displays the name of the distribution group. You can click the column name to arrange the list in the ascending or descending order.
- Purpose
- Displays the purpose for the distribution group. For example, use sourcing while making promising decisions by using promising calculations.
- Node count
- Displays the count for the number of nodes that are contained within the distribution group.
- Nodes
- Displays the names of the nodes that the distribution group contains.
You can click the delete icon to delete a distribution group.
