Clearing browser caches
About this task
Once Sterling™ Order Management System Software is ready for deployment, each user must clear the browser caches on their client machines before launching Sterling Order Management System Software . This can also help prevent related errors after an upgrade.
To clear the browser cache:
Procedure
- From the Windows start menu, select Settings > Control Panel > Internet Options. Choose the General tab, and in the Temporary Internet Files inner panel, choose the Delete Files button. The Delete Files dialog displays.
- Enable the Delete All Offline Content option. Then click OK, and click OK once more.
- Close the Internet Properties window.
