Prerequisites

To enable the integration, ensure to complete the prerequisites.

If you are a Sterling™ Business Center customer, as part of the provisioning process, IBM creates and provisions an account and registers the applications as endpoints for integration. Sterling Business Center would be registered as the subscribing endpoint while Sterling Order Management System Software would be registered as a publishing endpoint. IBM provides an authentication key for the Sterling Order Management System Software endpoint. This key along with the REST API are required to configure Sterling Order Management System Software to publish the data.
