Backorder Metric in the Node Performance Dashboard

In the Backorder Metric section, the Percentage Backordered From Node metric provides information about the percentage of shipment lines backordered from the selected node and time period, where the ship date is within the selected time period. The Actual Ship Date is the driver date. The Actual Ship Date is the date on which the order was shipped to the customer. This metric is displayed in the form of a gauge diagram.

Percentage Backordered From Node = Number of Shipment Lines Backordered From Node / Total Number of Shipment Lines Shipped From Node

Here, shipment lines backordered from node are considered and not the released lines.

Drill-Through Report for Backordered Metric

From the Percentage Backordered From Node metric, you can view the Backordered from Node by Categories report by right-clicking on the needle of the gauge diagram. The Backordered from Node by Categories report displays the top ten categories ordered in the descending order of the backordered percentage.
