Shipment alerts
You can view the alerts associated with the return shipments in this screen.
Refer to Shipment loads table for field descriptions of the shipment header panel seen in this screen.
| Action | Description |
| View Details | This action lets you view the details of the alerts that were raised. |
| Fields | Description |
| Alert ID | The alert ID. Click this link to view the alert details. |
| Type | The type of alert raised. For example, ON_FAILURE or FAILED_AUTH. |
| Description | A brief description of the alert. |
| Queue | The queue the alert has been assigned to. |
| Priority | The alert priority. |
| Owner | The user who is handling the alert. |
| Raised On | The date the alert was raised. |
